The Nail Design Library name and logo are registered trade marks owned by ERREVU' S.R.L. No right or licence to use them is granted by these Terms, by the purchase of any product, or by any commercial licence accompanying our products.

4. Nature of the Products

Nail Design Library sells digital products only. Our products consist of downloadable design files and printable transfer templates supplied in PNG and PDF format.

No physical goods are manufactured, stocked or shipped. Purchasers are responsible for printing the files themselves and for supplying all physical materials, tools and equipment required to use them.

The templates are working guides intended to be painted over by the user. They are not pre-made decals, stickers, water transfers or finished nail products.

Our products are sold worldwide. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use of the files complies with the laws and professional regulations applicable in their own country.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including the design library, the printable templates, the artwork, the text, the layout, the graphics, the photographs and the software — is owned by ERREVU' S.R.L. or used by it under valid right of use, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The design files supplied as part of our products are original works produced for and made available by ERREVU' S.R.L. To the extent that any rights subsist in them, those rights are and remain vested in ERREVU' S.R.L.

Nail Design Library is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any manufacturer of nail products, gel systems, curing lamps, printers, laminating equipment or nail art tools.

Any third-party trade marks, product names or brand names referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive or illustrative purposes only. Such use does not imply any association, partnership or endorsement.

7. Product Use, Technique and Safety

Our products are design templates. The results obtained depend entirely on the materials, equipment, technique and skill of the individual user, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Users are responsible for selecting appropriate nail-art materials and for using them in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied by their respective manufacturers. This includes, without limitation, curing lamps, UV and LED gel products, acrylic markers, adhesives and top coats.
