DELIVERY POLICY

 

1. Digital Delivery Only

Nail Design Library sells digital products only. All items available on this website are downloadable files supplied in PNG and PDF format.

Nothing is physically shipped. No parcel, package, printed sheet or physical item will be sent to you at any time. No shipping address is required, no shipping cost is charged, and no courier or postal service is involved in the fulfilment of your order.

2. How and When You Receive Your Files

Delivery is automatic and immediate upon successful payment.

Once your payment is confirmed, access to your files is provided in two ways:

• a download link displayed on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout;
• a confirmation email containing the same download link, sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place at the moment the download link is made available to you, regardless of whether or when you choose to download the files.

In the great majority of cases the email arrives within a few minutes. Occasional delays of up to a few hours may occur due to email provider processing or filtering.

3. What You Receive

Your purchase is delivered as a single compressed archive (ZIP file) containing the themed folders and design files described on the product page.

To open it you will need a device capable of extracting a ZIP archive, together with a standard image viewer or PDF reader. No specialist or paid software is required.

4. Your Responsibilities

To receive your files correctly, you are responsible for:

• providing a valid and correctly spelled email address at checkout;
• checking your spam, junk, promotions and social folders if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox;
• ensuring your email provider or network does not block automated messages from our domain;
• downloading, extracting and storing the files on your own device;
• keeping a personal backup copy of the files after download.

We recommend downloading on a computer rather than a mobile device, as some mobile operating systems handle compressed archives inconsistently.

5. Download Availability

Download links remain active for a reasonable period following purchase and may be subject to a limit on the number of downloads, for security reasons and to prevent unauthorised distribution.

If your link has expired, has reached its download limit, or is otherwise inaccessible, contact support@naildesignlibrarystore.com with your order number and we will restore your access.

We aim to keep purchased files available for re-download, but we do not guarantee indefinite hosting. You should keep your own backup copy.

6. Problems With Your Delivery

If you have not received your files, or if a file appears to be corrupted or incomplete, contact support@naildesignlibrarystore.com with:

• your order number;
• the email address used at checkout;
• a short description of the problem.

We aim to respond within one business day, Monday to Friday, and will resolve any genuine delivery issue at no cost to you, including by re-sending your download link or supplying the files by an alternative method.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider. Almost every delivery problem is resolved within a few hours.

7. Printing

Printing the templates is carried out by you, using your own printer or a print service of your choice. The Products are supplied in A4 and US Letter formats.

Printed results may vary depending on printer model, paper type, ink, colour profile and print settings. Variations in colour, contrast or line weight arising from your own printing setup are not defects in the Products.

8. No Physical Returns

As no physical goods are shipped, there is nothing to return. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy and by the withdrawal provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.

9. Worldwide Availability

Our Products are available worldwide. As delivery is entirely electronic, no customs duties, import charges or shipping fees apply in any country.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your purchase and intended use of the Products comply with the laws and professional regulations applicable in your country.
